The IT-Procurement & License Management team is available for the entire Otto Group as a competent contact person for all matters relating to the procurement of hardware, software and cloud services. We understand ourselves as a full-service service provider and advise, maintain and accompany the Group comprehensively when purchasing all IT services – from the supplier research to the conclusion of the contract, from individual purchases to the group-wide framework agreement. Must-have: You are a enrolled student*in with a focus on BWL or a comparable degree course and can support us from 01.06.2026 at least 1 year (for 18 hours a week). Even with detailed tasks, you will show a pronounced concentration capability. Your reliability and your sense of responsibility are yours. As a dedicated team player, you can fit us optimally. You can feel this immediately in your open and binding way. You are open to employing you more with AI tools and using them for your work. Good PC skills (MS-Office) are of course for you. Your language level: German C1 (skilled language use) and English B2 (self-employed language use). Nice-to-have: You already have knowledge in a common eProcurement system. You have a commercial training.
