You take basic administration tasks in M365 in a hybrid environment with ADS. This includes all areas such as Entra, Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint, Intune, Security and Licensing. You are responsible for the software distribution in Microsoft Intune and support in the migration of application packages from Microsoft Configuration Manager You are responsible for client management in Microsoft Intune (Windows, Android, iOS) As a contact person*in the Servicedesk, you deal with technical problems in the M365-Tenant You coordinate and follow technical requests with external service providers and manufacturers For the internal servicedesk and the 2nd level support, start and plead documentation You support the development and standardization of the M365 and client environment

You have a completed training as a specialist informant, preferably with the orientation system integration You bring first practical experience in Microsoft 365, Intune or Active Directory You have basic knowledge of PowerShell An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as the willingness to continuous further education Team skills, service-oriented work, communication skills and good English skills complete your profile
