Completed specialist or University studies of social work/pedagogy, sociology/social science or comparable degree Multiannual professional experience required Knowledge of disability, inclusion and accessibility, knowledge of the UN BRK, BGG and L-BGG Good computer skills (MS Office) High level of customer orientation Safe occurrence, self-initiative and decision-making and a very good communication capability Representative project management, moderation and presentation skills There is a need for a particular closeness to the concerns of people with disabilities, for example through their own experience, by family members or through relevant personal, social or professional activities.
