For the long-term succession of the currently interim-occupied management pay billing (m/w/d), we are looking for a guided person with profound expertise and sovereign appearance.

HAPEKO is the first address for professionals and managers in Germany. The focus of the activity is the creation of links between specialists and executives with a professional desire for change and suitable companies. HAPEKO (www.HAPEKO.de) is represented throughout Germany with more than 20 locations. You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of an experienced team of three employees in the pay bill. They are responsible for the correct and timely implementation of the monthly pay bill taking into account current wage tax, social insurance and labour law requirements and the collective agreements of the metal and electrical industries. They are central: for internal and external bodies in all billing-relevant issues - in particular in exchange with the works council, the personnel department, the financial sector and the health insurance companies. They create reports, statistics and evaluations and derive recommendations for action. They are driving forward the continuous optimization of processes and systems within the pay billing - from efficiency enhancement to quality assurance. They actively participate in strategic HR and IT projects, in particular in the further development of digital interfaces and cross-departmental processes. They observe legal and collective developments and anticipate their impact on strategic planning and implementation.

They have completed business studies or commercial training, as well as several years of relevant professional experience in pay billing - ideally in collective companies in the metal and electrical industry. They have a well-founded knowledge of pay tax, social security, labour law and collective bargaining, and are sure to apply them in practice. They work routined with SAP HCM as well as the common MS Office applications. Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge complete your profile.
