We are looking for a:n Advanced Practice Nurse for Intensive Care (w/m/d)

You develop the clinical Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) role in intensive care in inter- and intra-professional cooperation You actively shape an evidence-based care practice and promote their implementation in direct care You accompany and coordinate patients throughout their stay in intensive care You continue to actively take care of patients directly: in the intensive care unit and ensure high-quality, person-centred care You promote the professional development of the teams by consulting, training and supervision directly at the patient:internal bed and in project work You develop nursing standards and coordinate their creation, control and development You examine nursing documentation, take measures to ensure the quality of documentation and use methods for securing results in order to continuously promote the increase in qualitative outcomes for patients: You can also support reporting, controlling and presentations You are actively involved in projects, process optimizations and scientific and conceptual tasks, conduct systematic research and data and Process analyses and prepare regular reports on the further development of nursing practice – always taking into account the direct patient care You work closely and trustfully with all the professional groups involved

You have several years of professional experience in intensive care You have successfully completed a master's degree course in Advanced Nursing Practice, Advanced Practice Nurse or a comparable qualification You have well-founded expertise in intensive care and are able to accompany, implement and evaluate change processes professionally. You have a high level of communication and the ability to cope with constructive conflict, especially in the multi-professional team You work cooperatively, targeted and interdisciplinary with other professional groups You bring very good IT skills with (MS Office, SP-Expert, SAP, prospective MKIS) and can use them in nursing and documentation You can inspire people, motivate teams and transfer the strategic goals to the respective work area You have the pleasure of acting actively in the patient: to participate in the care of the patient as well as to perform scientific and conceptual tasks
