You plan and create the complete machining technology for CNC lathes, including the selection and provision of necessary means of production such as devices, clamping means and tools; take into account upstream coating processes. You create manufacturing programs for CNC lathes with main, counter and motor milling spindle (5-axis machining) in our CAD/CAM environment and accompany their introduction to the stable production run. You perform necessary structural adjustments and create set-up folders, drawing and building documents as well as relevant master data in our ERP system and the CAQ system BabtecQ. You document production and quality data, carry out statistical analyses such as trend analyses and derive optimisation measures therefrom. You act as a central technical contact, support the introduction of new machines, products or processes and contribute to a smooth production process.

You have successfully completed their studies in the field of mechanical engineering, automation technology or production technology, or can provide equivalent training in the field of technology and have several years of professional experience in CNC-controlled 5-axis machining. You have a very good technical understanding of machines, plants and modern manufacturing technologies.
