To strengthen our team, we are looking for

Manufacturing Improvement Coordinator (m/w/d) As a Manufacturing Improvement Coordinator (m/w/d), you play a central role in the planning and coordination of process, product and safety improvements in all departments. You lead improvement projects using lean management tools and report directly to the factory manager.

Main tasks: Training of executives and employees in Lean Management Management of improvement projects using Lean Management Creation of documents for compliance and implementation of the 5S for safety and low error rate at work Creation of various reports on the determination of free capacity and effectiveness of the work

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) or Master (m/w/d) Knowledge of Kaizen, Six Sigma, TQM, SPC, 5S and SMED as well as experience in lean management desirable Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Own initiative and independent working and ability to identify problems and develop solutions Safe handling of SAP and M365 as well as good English knowledge in word and writing necessary
