You are responsible for the travel booking of our employees. In written and telephone contact, you are the first contact point for incoming customer requests. When processing the entry and exit mail, you will show as much certainty as when creating, managing and coordinating employee IDs. You are also responsible for general and organizational issues. For on-site appointments you organize the hosting and catering.
