IT Project Manager SAP - Hidden Champion Energy Technology (m/f/d)

Our client is a well-known, internationally established industrial company in the Renewable Energy segment with several thousand employees worldwide and an excellent image. On behalf of this high-growth global player, we are looking for a personality with sound SAP skills.

In the position of the IT project manager SAP (m/w/d), you are responsible for the expansion and continuous development of the SAP system landscape, with particular focus on the HCM modules and the connected interfaces. You act as a central link between IT and HR, translate technical and technical requirements into practical solutions and ensure smooth and targeted communication between both areas.

With this search, we are talking to a candidate: to bring the experience in SAP-Customizing – also from other modules – and to introduce their expertise in HCM in an international environment.

Support, development and stabilization of SAP modules, in particular SAP-HCM Implementation of customizing solutions and support for rollouts Implementation and monitoring of interfaces to other systems Ensuring compliance for all relevant processes and documentation Consultation and training of users to effectively use the system Cooperation with international teams to harmonize HR processes Development and implementation of technological innovations in SAP

Completed commercial or technical studies or a comparable training Multiannual experience in adapting and implementing SAP modules Experienced in IT project management, with the ability to act as a central interface between IT and other disciplines Knowledge in Customizing and Integration You are characterized by analytical thinking, a pronounced understanding of the process as well as communication strength and team capacity Very good German and good English skills in word and writing residence in the southern Rhineland-Palatinate or Saarland; alternatively the readiness to move your food point
