Head of Division

You can look forward to this:

• IT infrastructure + strategy:
• Direct cooperation with individual business areas to support processes
• Identification of technology requirements to present decision-makers recommendations
• Optimization and development of a sustainable IT architecture landscape
• Identification of growth opportunities and implementation of new technologies
• IT security:
• Introduction, monitoring and continuous improvement of IT security standards to ensure the protection of our company data in compliance with legal requirements
• Management of efficient security measures to minimise security risks
• Project management:
• Responsibility for IT projects from planning to successful implementation, including monitoring schedules, budgets and resources
• Control of IT support and service:
• Team support in solving technical challenges
• Ensuring efficient and customer-oriented helpdesk
• Implementation of best practices in incident and problem management
• Leadership and development of teams:
• Leadership and further development of the eight-member IT team, identification of training needs and implementation of appropriate training measures

Take this with you:

• A completed study of computer science, economic informatics or comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in management in the IT field, such as network infrastructure, application support/consultancy, IT security etc.
• Funded knowledge in project management and requirement management
• Detectable experience in the development and implementation of IT strategies and projects
• Technically versed with sound knowledge in the field of IT security and IT infrastructure
• Embossed hands-on mentality, self-initiative and a solution-oriented method
• Leadership, communication skills and team orientation
