IT Project Portfolio Manager (m/w/d)

For these tasks, we will now look for you at Munich or Hannover Projektmanager (m/w/d) In this function, you are the central contact person for all aspects of project portfolio management (PPM).

You are responsible for building and developing a professional PPM, including building and maintaining portfolios and roadmaps in a PPM software. You cooperate in the customer and cooperation environment and develop innovative concepts and their practical implementation. You support projects with overarching escalations at portfolio level. You drive forward our strategic orientation and plan actions in the portfolio roadmap, prioritize them according to strategic criteria and manage the portfolio with clear KPIs along with business units, project management and specialist areas. You are responsible for our project portfolio process and help them. In the light of portfolio aspects (costs, resources, risk, feasibility), You prepare the decision templates for management. In addition, you agree closely with the management, with customers (m/w/d) and potential stakeholders (m/w/d) to projects from the project portfolio and also act routiniert and souverän.

You have a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics or business management or a comparable qualification in the project environment. You have relevant experience in managing complex IT projects, in PPM and PMO, ideally in the field of public administration. You bring relevant experience in (multi-)program management and with common PPM tools and are ideally certified according to IPMA, PMI or PRINCE2. You have knowledge of the traditional and agile project management methods as well as in the field of the creation of the necessary project documentation (e.g. stakeholder analyses, risk analyses, communication planning, project structure planning, project planning, resource planning, Earned value analyses). With numerical understanding and analysis competence, you can precisely process all ongoing and planned projects and complex facts. Communication competency for outcome and solution-oriented cooperation with stakeholders (m/w/d) of all hierarchical levels and good German knowledge (C1) complete your profile.
