Property Damage Claims Manager (Building and Household Contents Insurance)

The core of your activity is the self-responsible, case-closing processing of complex property damage in residential and household insurance. You take the examination of demanding performance cases as well as thorough evaluation and regulation of damage levels. The technical control of damage cases including active monitoring and adjustment of damage reserves is also part of your task. In your role, you are a contact person for customers, brokers and lawyers and other stakeholders in complex issues. With your expertise, you identify and recognise regression opportunities as well as fraud indicators and initiate appropriate measures. Last but not least, you will take over the technical representation of the team leader incl. Support for professional decisions and knowledge transfer in the team.

With your enforcing ability, sense of responsibility and resilience in challenging situations, you can convince. In the assessment of the household you are fit, and you have a good understanding of building construction and building materials. In addition, you have several years of experience in qualified damage management in property insurance and in-depth knowledge of insurance conditions (AVB) as well as relevant legal frameworks. A completed commercial or legal training, ideally in the insurance environment complete your profile.
