Successfully completed commercial training, management specialist*in (1st administrative examination) or a comparable qualification Basic knowledge of wastewater law, water management and its structure Basic understanding of water economic relations and knowledge of public and municipal management and decision structures Good computer skills Team and cooperation capability Self-employed and structured working with a good look for details Communication Reliability and care during processing also complex facts Service and solution orientation in dealing with municipalities as well as the operating and construction departments

Compensation shall be carried out in accordance with the activity transferred and its material characteristics of activity and the necessary training/vocational qualification in accordance with the Wasserwirtschaft NRW (TV-WW/NW) collective agreement in the remuneration group 7.
