Telephone and written advice from our customers on services, repairs and maintenance with your professional know-how Coordination of workshop appointments, production of workshop orders and handling of vehicle acceptance until handover Implementation of fault diagnosis in cooperation with the workshop team Creation of cost suggestions and service offers They ensure that customers feel well-maintained – because satisfaction and trust are at the top for you

Completed technical training (e.g. motor vehicle mechatronics, motor vehicle service technician) Ideally first experience in customer consulting in the car house Joy of customer contact as well as a safe and friendly appearance Teamability, stress resistance, organizational skills and a high degree of reliability Close coordination and cooperation with internal departments (e.g. the workshop) Safe handling of computer systems (e.g. workshop software and the common MS Office programs) German language skills in word and writing Valid driving class B
