You advise our national and international clients: in M&A transactions, reorganisations and in all corporate issues. You take the coordination of transactions. You unfold and negotiate all transaction documents in German or English, in particular purchase agreements (Share Purchase Agreement, Asset Purchase Agreement) and Shareholder Agreements, along with relevant accompanying documents, and thus significantly accompany the entire cycle of a transaction until closing. In addition to transactions, you advise our client: in addition to other corporate issues. You work closely with colleagues from other teams and our international offices
