Ensure compliance with legal and internal IT compliance requirements Construction and operation of an IT compliance management system for M365 Develop and maintain IT compliance policies and standards Conducting risk analysis and IT audits Monitor IT systems and IT processes for compliance compliance compliance Structure and maintenance of compliance indicators and reporting Coordinate external audits and certifications Advising departments on IT compliance and security issues Schools and sensitivity of employees Accompanying IT projects with respect to compliance requirements Observe legal and technological developments and derive measures

Completed studies of (economic) computer science, law, IT security or a comparable qualification Safe handling of Microsoft 365 incl. understanding of security and compliance configurations Multiannual professional experience in IT function, ideally in the local or traffic environment Knowledge of relevant laws and standards (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001, IT-Grundschutz) Impressed Analytical Thinking Power Team Skill and High Communications and Consulting Competence with Specialist Areas and Executives Ability to implement complex compliance requirements in a comprehensible manner and to continuously track legal and technological developments Structured, independent and reliable operation
