You develop hardware-related software for microcontrollers in C and implement functional requirements precisely Based on technical specifications and data sheets, create drivers and connect hardware components to You design software solutions on your own and agree with adjacent specialist areas You can control your work packages taking into account dates, quality and costs As part of the development, you conduct systematic tests and accompany decreases against defined requirements In addition, you support the integration on target hardware and analyze errors that occur up to the sustainable solution

A completed study of computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification focusing on software development Multiannual experience in embedded software development and secure knowledge in programming with C Understanding real-time systems and experience in real-time operating systems (e.g. FreeRTOS) Knowledge in structured development processes as well as in dealing with common interfaces such as SPI, I2C or CAN Ideally experience with communication protocols such as Ethernet or EtherCAT and model-based development (e.g. MATLAB/Simulink) Analytical and solution-oriented mode of operation, systemic thinking and interest in regulating technical systems Very good German and good English skills
