More added value as an employer can be found here This is your job: You are enjoying the holistic support of student customers: within the framework of the “Studentenpflege” sales concept, you can go beyond all relevant fields of demand. Your tasks include the use of defined consulting standards such as our financial concept and GiroCheck. You have the responsibility for achieving the individual goals and co-responsibility for the overall success of the branch. You are actively involved in the preparation and execution of customer events and (consultation) workshops as well as in the representation of the Förde Sparkasse at relevant events of third parties. That's what you bring: Training/further training: You have a completed bank or savings bank training. A further qualification, e.g. in the form of a savings bank/banker studies or comparable training, is considered desirable. Personality & working methods: Contactfulness, very good communication behavior, safe and convincing appearance, openness and enthusiasm for new things as well as high commitment and resilience are all yours. You own initiative with a strong sense of quality and service and have time and local flexibility. In your behavior, you can orient yourself to the quality standards of the Sparkasse. Experiences & know-how: Ideally, you already have (first) practical experience in the store business. Good English knowledge and/or other foreign language skills are desirable. Basic knowledge of study and student life would be advantageous. You are interested in new developments, digitalization, technologies & trends. The reliability of the WpHG-MaAnzV is given.
