As an experienced expert planner for electrical engineering, you take over the independent planning and professional support of demanding real estate projects in the field of technical building equipment Self-planning and design of electrical installations in commercial, industrial and public real estate Accompanying the entire project course – from initial analysis, planning, implementation and commissioning to acceptance Advising our customers and implementing their requirements in suitable solutions of the electrical systems Creation of technical feasibility analyses, sound technical concepts, calculations, specifications for CAD plan documents and documentation Implementation of tenders including participation in cost estimates and performance directories Technical coordination with architects, specialist planners, contractors and interdisciplinary project teams Accompanying the project execution on site: construction sites, quality control, acceptance and commissioning Ensuring the standard implementation according to DIN/VDE and internal quality standards Responsibility for technical examinations and follow-up of measures in the course of the project

Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, alternatively completed training in electrical engineering with relevant professional experience Multiannual professional experience in electrical engineering, ideally in the real estate or TGA environment Funded technical understanding in the fields of energy supply, security and building technology Safe handling of common planning, calculation and documentation tools (e.g. CAD, calculation software) Representative knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines (DIN, VDE, HOAI) Structured, solution-oriented operation and high quality orientation Teamability, communication strength and sovereign appearance in customer contact Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Driving licence class B and willingness to project-related journeys within Germany (approximately 30–40 %)
