EY-Parthenon Manager Real Estate Project Management / ÖPP (m/f/d)

In our Real Estate Team you will accompany our customers: in all phases of their real estate and infrastructure projects - from the first strategy to transformations to transactions. Our tasks are as diverse as the organisations we advise: ministries, housing companies and international corporations. As part of our real-state team in Düsseldorf, you advise and tax large real estate and infrastructure projects from the first idea to the implementation. Your extensive project management know-how and your property-specific knowledge are introduced into interdisciplinary teams and find customer-oriented solutions. Also in particularly challenging project phases you keep the overview and the threads firmly in your hand. With a proactive mindset, a sense of innovation and modern methods, you stay ahead of the market - and drive forward projects that really move something. In our team you will take on a variety of tasks, including: You accompany contracting authorities in the design, award and implementation of public-private partnership projects. You advise the leading (social) infrastructure projects such as administrative, research or school building and are the central contact person for the customers. You are responsible for the provision of technical, operational and economic consulting services. You prepare functional performance descriptions as well as cost-effectiveness calculations, prepare negotiation discussions and moderate them. You guide your team professionally and promote the further development of your team members.

You have an above-average university degree (Master) in the field of economic engineer discipline construction, architecture, facility management or a comparable degree program. You have at least five years of professional and first leadership experience in comparable projects for contractors. You have very good communication and negotiation skills in German (mind. C1) and English, as well as safe handling of Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint).
