From entry to development: You keep the personnel work moving reliably. Their activities include the independent processing of all operational personnel topics along the Employee Life Cycles. You support the maintenance and administration of the time management system as well as the preparation and guarantee of the monthly fee and travel cost accounting. As a competent contact person, you will advise employees and managers on personal and tax and social questions. In addition, you contribute to the creation of HR key figures, reports and analyses and assist in the preparation of personal-relevant evaluations.
