You analyse existing processes, develop innovative process designs and examine economic alternatives with a view to efficiency and costs In addition, you are responsible for the specification of software architecture and interfaces to other systems Configure and customize application modules, integrate foreign software and ensure smooth technical implementation You take care of the independent handling of small improvements to major projects such as the introduction of new modules, updates or systems You support our business processes and agree with other departments You also work closely with key users and optimize internal processes and processes together
