You actively drive BwBM's strategic liquidity planning by not only creating medium- and long-term financial needs, but also controlling them foresight and convincingly representing BMVg and BAAINBw. By analyzing liquidity developments holistically, you can identify risks and opportunities at an early stage, direct targeted measures and develop effective early warning indicators. At the same time, you will bring your expertise to the development of modern, system-based cash management. With your structured and precise way of working, you will ensure a reliable documentation of all relevant assumptions and decision bases and act as a competent respondent for internal and external audits. You actively shape supply, contract and refund price calculations, develop resilient financial basis and make complex relationships clear for different addressees. As a central interface, you network different areas of expertise and stakeholders, coordinate cooperation with controlling, accounting, accounting, treasury, law, purchasing, logistics and IT and thus ensure a smooth flow of information – also in exchange with BMVg and BAAINBw.

Complete studies of economics, financial management, economic engineering, economic informatics, economic law or legal sciences or comparable qualifications Multiannual relevant professional experience in financial planning, costing, RP&A and/or corporate finance, ideally in consulting, auditing or in public or regulated environment (e.g. authorities, Ministry-oriented organisations) knowledge of ERP systems (in particular SAP S/4HANA) and in BI and planning tools; very good Excel and data modeling competence Impressive capacity for structuring complex financial relationships as well as the development of loadable models and control logics Sovereign and addressable occurrence in relation to management levels, contracting authorities and audit bodies
