As Head of Department IT Architecture, you report directly to the IT department management and are a permanent member of the IT management board. You assume the professional responsibility for the company-wide IT architecture strategy, develop clear architectural principles, standards and decision-making bases, and are responsible for central platform and service topics around Microsoft 365, Azure provider management, authorization management and telephone. As a bridge builder between strategy, architecture and operation, you will ensure comprehensible, sustainable and practical architectural decisions together with your department. leadership and organisation: specialist and disciplined leadership of an established department; Designing team cuts, roles and responsibilities Your own responsibility IT architecture strategy: Responsibility for the development and further development of target architectures, architectural principles, standards and clear decision bases Architecture-Gremien: Membership in the IT management board as well as leadership and further development of the cross-departmental IT architecture board as a central panel for architectural decisions Technology selection and control planks: Architectural evaluation of platform and integration decisions and development of practice-oriented control planks for new technologies such as cloud automation and agentic AI Microsoft 365 & Azure Platform Management: Responsibility for central platform, backend and provider management topics around Microsoft 365 and Azure Identity & Access Management: Responsibility for central authorization management and the further development of the central identity platform based on Microsoft Entra Telephony: Responsibility for the operation and technological development of the company-wide TK and telephony infrastructure

Complete study of (economic) informatics or a comparable technical qualification Multiannual leadership experience in the IT environment, ideally with disciplinary responsibility Found experience in enterprise, solution or platform architecture and good understanding of modern, hybrid IT landscapes Wide understanding of the Microsoft cloud ecosystem as well as experience in provider and service management Sovereign appearance on management levels, clear communication and the ability to pragmatically translate strategic target images into feasible architectural decisions Experience with established architecture frameworks, for example TOGAF, of advantage, but no need
