Establishing and establishing the central process management at the Esslingen University of Applied Sciences in close cooperation with the university management, administration and faculties Analysis, design and optimization of business processes in the fields of administration and studies and teaching with the help of a low-code platform to increase efficiency, transparency and quality Development and introduction of a process model and a process map for the university Professional leadership of a team of up to 4 employees in process management Moderation and support of interdisciplinary project and process workshops Promoting process orientation and culture within the organization through consulting, training and communication Close cooperation with adjacent areas such as quality management, digitization, organisational development and IT

Complete Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or related disciplines and relevant professional experience Knowledge of modelling and analysis of business processes, ideally with BPMN 2.0 and BICBPM Programming skills High affinity for databases and (good) knowledge in SQL High self-initiative and the ability to work independently Structured thinking and organizational ability Very good German knowledge (level C1) Safe handling of the current MS Office products
