Examination and collection of claims Continuous change and maintenance of the insolvency table Processing of decisions Timely preparation of documents for the insolvency court, both in physical and electronic form Creation and maintenance of distribution directories Pre- and post-processing of court appointments General activities await you: written and telephone processing of all applicable correspondence with the courts, debtors, creditors and service providers involved (required also in English) independent handling of all administrative and organisational tasks appointment and task planning Time-limit monitoring Document management and electronic archiving

a successfully completed training as a lawyer specialist (w/m/d) or a successfully completed commercial training ideally, professional experience in insolvency and/or general legal knowledge and procedures and/or knowledge in the processing of insolvency tables/creditor claims good to very good MS Office knowledge Affinity for digital work an independent, careful and structured operation pronounced communicative skills You describe yourself as a dedicated, independent, flexible and team-capable?
