We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager (m/w/d) to strengthen our team in the field of maritime simulation and training. In this role, you are responsible for our demanding simulation and training projects and ensure the sustainability of our systems over their entire life cycle. Create and control Logistics Support Analyses (LSA), Life Cycle Cost Analyses (LCC) and Availability, Reliability and Wartability Analysis (RAM). Your further tasks: Implementation of the performance and quality planning and execution of project-related ILS activities Planning, implementation, and control of ILS / LSA management in projects and after sales Creation of technical-logistic concepts (TLB) and determination of spare parts requirements Ensuring the testing and wartability of products and systems in the operating phase Creation of project-related logistical documents (ILS / LSA plans, training and maintenance documents) and implementation of ILS workshops Creation of material conservation and obsolescence management concepts Support of sales in the supply creation for logistics, maintenance and operation

Complete technical studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in ILS / LSA / LSAR, MIL-STD-1388-2A/2B, ASD specifications and/or equivalent procedures Experience in the creation of logistical shares in technical offers First experience in military repair and its logistics structures are advantageous Experience in the field of technical documentation, such as S1000D and S2000M Very good English skills in word and writing Ability to analyse and further process design/construction documents in relation to logistical concerns Good organizational and communication skills Global readiness
