For our logistics projects at the Großbeeren site, we are looking for you as a commercial all-round force. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure the day-to-day business and ensure that the quality of the administrative processes and customer support are continuously increased.

In your role, you support our team in customer support and order management.

Among other things, you work on the daily business as well as projects and complaints from our customers.

You act as an interface between the operational level and our customers or other business partners.

Your area is rounded off by the monthly billing preparation.

Your basis is a commercial training, alternatively you bring a comparable professional experience, like from the logistics.

When dealing with the PC and Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) you feel safe, knowledge in SAP are desirable.

Also good German in word and writing for you is self-evident (min. C1), you can fundamentally communicate in English.

In dialogue with customers and service providers you feel comfortable and point with a conscientious way of working and a structured approach.
