The local handling of excavators, in the treatment and disposal facilities of the HPA, is the central task of the Landside Treatment and Disposal division. In the Compliance & Standards unit, our team of specialists takes over the approval manager:in-Rolle. You are at our side as a service provider to ensure a legally compliant and quality-secured plant operation.

Project consulting & planning: You are the internal consulting agency for all licensing issues. You evaluate planning and construction activities at an early stage for their need for approval. Control approval procedures: You obtain approvals for handling excavated goods on the ground. From the determination of legal requirements to the application of new, re- or re-constructions from our waste treatment and disposal systems, everything is in your hands. Interface to Authorities: You are our central contact person for the approval and surveillance authorities. You conduct negotiations with the competent authorities to succeed, coordinate administrative supervision and accompany on-site visits. Data management: You are conscientious about our approval database and thus keep an overview of the status of all approvals of the division. Editorial & Reporting: You will take over the overall discussion for our annual reports and make sure that all licensing requirements and deadlines are complied with. Legal Compass: You have always looked at the development of the legal framework, evaluate relevant legal changes for our division and actively accompany us in their legal implementation into practice.

Foundation training: You have successfully completed a university degree (Master / Diploma) in the field of engineering, natural sciences or law, or have comparable qualifications. Ideally, you have completed a training for the higher or higher technical administration service. Insufficient experience: You look back on a long-term professional experience in environmental protection and are sure to transfer complex legal requirements into the operational practice of a legally compliant plant operation. Legal expert: You have deep knowledge of environmental legislation – especially in waste and immission protection law. No one will introduce you to adjacent areas such as water, construction and planning law as well as in general administrative trades. Basic technical understanding: Ideally, you have knowledge in the field of basic construction, geotechnical engineering and ground mechanics as well as experience in waste and landfill technology. Personality and working methods: You are a dedicated team player with a high own initiative. In cooperation with planners and authorities, you prove your sense of finger, stay patient, do not lose sight of the goal and bring our projects to success with negotiation skills.
