The focus of the capital market Institutional customers is on the capital market business with popular and Raiffeisen banks, third-party banks, corporate customers and institutional customers. As a trainee in our digitization and process management department, you will be intensively involved in the further development and scaling of an internal platform that provides UI applications in the capital market for various use cases. This will be your home base during the trainee program. You will get a deep insight into the fullstack development, including python, pandas, plotly-dash, SQL and TailwindCSS, and work on digital services as well as modern data analytics applications. Your task will include cooperation in the implementation of data modelling in Python and SQL (BigQuery) as well as support in the generation and digital delivery of daily sales impulses. You shape sales processes in the wholesale business with institutional customers using digital technologies. As part of Code Reviews, you will ensure the code quality and standards to ensure best practices in the code structure, testing and documentation. You also use your creativity with machine learning and Recommender systems to help develop Python-based web applications and sales processes. You bring your convictions and make data-driven decisions from idea to implementation to monitoring. As part of the Capital Markets Profit Center, you have the opportunity to actively shape data-driven decisions from idea-finding, implementation and monitoring. In your 18-month trainee program 4.0, you will learn various units in the field of capital market institutional customers as well as in other units (trade, treasury). In parallel, you work on a digital project in an interdisciplinary trainee team. In agile formats you develop a prototype, accompanied by experienced coaches and participating in a learning journey and milestone workshops. From the outset, you can apply your knowledge in practice as well as develop innovations and transformation processes. The location of your activity is Frankfurt am Main.

You have a successfully completed Master's degree in full time (min. 2.5 or better) with a quantitative focus e.g. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or a comparable subject. Your Master's degree will not be longer than 12 months at the time of your application. You have good to very good knowledge of Python and ideally some libraries (Dash, pandas, Flask, numpy, scikit-learn, PyTorch), as well as SQL and data structuring/analysis, including data modeling and visualization. Data Analytics knowledge to make data-driven decisions complete your profile. An extraordinary level of commitment and learning as well as the ability to communicate complex facts clearly and precisely are the key to you. You enthuse us through your solution-oriented, creative and analytical way of work and the strong ability to capture facts in a short time. You can express yourself confidently in German as well as in English (min. C1).
