The city of Fürth is looking for two Dipl.-Ing. (FH) or Bachelor (w/m/d) of the Department of Architecture/Construction in Full-time, EGr 11 TVöD.The building industry Fürth (GWF) performs service functions in building, sanitation and in the management of city and foundation buildings. In total, the GWF supports about 400 municipal buildings such as schools, daycare centers, museums, administrative and functional buildings. Your tasks: The area of responsibility includes the project management of new construction, rebuilding and refurbishment measures for urban buildings in all phases of the HOAI. This includes the following activities: • Performance of tasks in project development and execution • Planning, tendering and execution of services of the HOAI (1-9) performance phases in the field of construction of new construction, rebuilding and renovation measures • Announcement and award of engineering and construction services • Project management and control (creation of organisational, time, and budget planning, as well as contract documents, monitoring of tenders and public tenders) • Perception of client tasks in the area of the contracting authority • Leading and guiding meetings • Preparation of templates for political bodies • Coordination of projects • Working with the team

Application requirements: • Successfully completed (special) higher education as a doctoral degree (FH) or Bachelor of Architecture/Building or • Career skills for the third level of qualification of the natural science and technology course, technical focus on engineering and environmental management, field of construction • Multiannual relevant professional experience in the described task • Safe handling of MS Office standard products • Class B driving licence

Knowledge in the field of procurement procedures and contract regulations (VgV, VOB, HOAI) as well as general legal and administrative knowledge are desirable. In addition, knowledge is required in the operation of a tendering software.
