Your tasks:

• care of children and the educational team with healthy, balanced diet at a high level
• Processing of fresh, seasonal and regional products as well as gentle preparation and preparation of food according to our nutrition concept
• Ensuring compliance with the HACCP regulations, in particular with regard to keeping the kitchen clean, cleaning and care of work equipment, appliances and kitchen inventory
• Participation in the common food planning
• Purchasing and acceptance of the goods needed for the kitchen, monitoring the price, quality and freshness, and observing the possibilities of use

• Working together with the educational team in the children's house
