We are looking for you at the next possible appointment in a permanent appointment as a quality specialist (m/w/d) in full time.

You are active in maintaining and continuously developing the quality management system within the organization. In addition, create, moderate and maintain QM documentation as well as process documents (PFD, CP, FMEAs) and quality reports to ensure product quality. In addition, plan and conduct internal and external audits, including careful preparation and follow-up, and are responsible for conducting supplier audits. In addition, you support the preparation and implementation of external certification and customer audits (including ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and consistently follow the measures derived therefrom. Furthermore, you support the international works in all certification issues and accompany the implementation of the corresponding requirements. You act as a competent contact person for employees on all questions concerning the QM system. In addition, you plan and implement quality management training measures. Finally, initiate and maintain process optimizations to sustainably increase efficiency and quality.

You have a successfully completed study or training with a commercial or technical focus, and further training in quality management is advantageous. In addition, you will ideally bring at least three years of professional experience in the quality sector, preferably in the automotive industry. In addition, you have well-founded experience in handling audits, process optimizations, data analysis and relevant KPIs. You have knowledge of automotive supplier standards (IATF 16949, VDA 6, ISO 9001) as well as in the automotive core tools (e.g. APQP, PPAP, FMEA). In addition, you are certified 1st and 2nd party auditors according to IATF 16949, a qualification according to VDA 6.3 is desirable. You also have knowledge in project management and in handling SAP. You work structured, systematic and analytical and carry out tasks independently. In addition, you are characterized by good intercultural competence, convincing communication skills and a sovereign appearance. You bring about a readiness to travel of about 20%. Finally, you communicate in German and English with certainty of negotiation, both oral and written.
