(Junior) Port Operations Manager (all gender)

Informative care of port calls, including: Collection of nautical approvals and regulatory approvals, as well as legal review of timetables including evaluation of destinations A focus - reservation of berths including check availability Collection and communication of harbour and aerial information and documents the processing and control of relevant information for travel documents and other media including search and communication of entry regulations Operational support of port operations, including: Support of security applications for day visitors Planning, supervision and documentation of all operations in the port, taking into account local conditions and regulations, including regulatory approvals and freight charges Evaluation of the evaluations of port agencies and the creation and communication of supplier reviews Active cooperation for further development and cost reduction in port operations

Complete training or completed studies in sea shipping or in sea tourism Professional experience in sea shipping (e.g. clearing), maritime tourism (e.g. day-to-day operation) or alternatively comparable activity on board a cruise ship Conceptual and analytical thinking Embossed numerical understanding and cost awareness Very independent, careful, structured, time- and target-oriented mode of operation Very good organizational skills as well as high commitment, sense of responsibility and resilience German and English knowledge in word & font Safe handling of MS Office, SAP, DaVinci, MXP desirable Willingness to travel
