Technical and disciplined management of the Planning and Quality Assurance Division in the Business Area Operation with the subject areas Driving Planning and Special Transport, Service Planning for the Car Service (Travel and Bus of the VBK) and Conceptual Planning Responsibility for the development, development and implementation of basic offer and line concepts, the creation of schedules including circulation planning and passenger information, of service and turnus plans for the passenger tram and bus, the establishment of concepts and operational documents for special transports and redirections at construction sites and major events, as well as the mobility and qualification management of the passenger Strategic management and management of employees of the supply and operational planning and the service planning Coordination with management, corporate management, management and employee representation, as well as with contractors, competent approval and regulatory authorities, specialist offices of responsibilities, neighbouring transport companies and transport networks, organisers and participating companies Participation in contracting services. Creation of tender documents. Granting of short-term special services settlement of commissioned transport services and control of contract performance of contractors Creation of statistical evaluations and supervision of the automatic passenger counting system Representation of the VBK in political bodies and public meetings and drafting of decision-making documents answering customer or local complaints in difficult or basic cases Participation in the selection, support and further development of technical systems (e.g. travel, circulation and utility program, personnel disposition system, ITCS, passenger counting system)

Engineering, transport or economic studies with a focus on transport and Mobility or many years of relevant professional experience in the supply and operational planning of a transport company Multiannual activity in the ÖPNV industry and experience in the management of employees Very good knowledge of the VBK route and line network, strong operational expertise Driving permission BOStrab and/or driving licence class D desirable Ability to motivation and guidance of employees, leadership and social competence Responsibility and communication, conflict and enforcement Quick conception, ability to work independently and structured, team skills and a strong customer and service orientation Flexibility and high load capacity, even in stress situations Correct and safe occurrence when dealing with employees and supervisors, contracted companies and external bodies Very good expressiveness and mastery of the German language in word and writing Safe handling of computer applications (MS Office etc.) as well as sound knowledge in the application or system support of planning and operational control systems Work if necessary also outside usual working hours, even at night and weekend Ready to continue professional training
