We are mainly active in line deep construction. Our clients are energy suppliers, telecommunications providers and cities and municipalities. We have set ourselves the goal of actively shaping Germany's energy transition and infrastructure renovation. We're looking for you. Your duties include:

Responsible management, coordination and monitoring of construction sites

Ensuring quality, dates and costs in the construction process

Management and coordination of subcontractors and their own staff (2-4-man columns)

Participation in meetings and communication with clients

Creation and maintenance of building journals, scales and bills

Support in costing and work preparation

Planning of civil engineering projects and the organisation and coordination of projects

Control of compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Motivation of the team and promotion of a good operating climate

Complete training as a construction engineer, civil engineer or comparable qualification

Multiannual professional experience in construction management desirable

Funded knowledge in VOB, MS Office and open to new technologies and software programs

Impressed organisational capacity, enforcement capacity and independent operation

Team-oriented action and secure appearance towards customers and partners

driving licence class B
