Identification and address of potential licensors regarding required extensions in the product portfolio Conducting background research into potential in-licensing partners (e.g. history/track record, ownership, financial stability, existing licensing agreements, etc.) Conducting background research into potential in-licensing opportunities (including market potentials, covered indications, effectiveness, safety, compatibility, competitive products, competitive intensity, etc.) Implementation of the contract (pre-) negotiations and correspondence with potential licensors in English (including completion of NDAs/CDAs, Termsheets/LOIs, In-Licensing contracts, etc.) Creation of forecasts and calculation of business cases Coordination of due diligence processes Creation and presentation of presentations Preparation of decision templates for approval by the Head of Corporate Development and management clarification of further interfunctional facts immediately before and after signing the contract (e.g. admission, supply chain, pharmacovigilance & quality) Independent management of projects Participation in international pharmaceutical sales fairs Further development / expansion of the In-Licensing Management within the OmniVision (including initiation, evaluation, selection, completion and support in-Licensing-Opportunities)
Successfully completed university studies (natural or economic) At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of in-licensing in the pharmaceutical industry Knowledge within ophthalmology of advantage High motivation and performance Language knowledge in English Ability to structure and coordinate interdepartmental issues Knowledge of common MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
