Technician for Internal Sales Metering – Temporary until 31.12.2028 (a*)

Your main tasks include the examination and assessment of technical matters, taking into account relevant standards, regulations and operational requirements. You are the central contact person for installers, internal departments and external partners in technical and process issues. In addition, you will process bulk messages to ensure electrical safety in our customers' facilities. The processing of inquiries, complaints and clarification cases is carried out in close coordination with customers, service providers and internal interfaces. In addition, you create and process operations, orders and individual orders in the IT systems used and participate in the further development of processes and standards.

You have a completed training on master (a) or as a state-tested technician (a) in the field of electrical engineering. Finding practical experience in electrical engineering, especially in the field of low voltage and in electrical customer systems, will help you. In addition, you have good knowledge of the relevant technical standards and regulations as well as a strong technical and process understanding. You are convinced by a secure communication capability in dealing with customers, installers and internal interfaces. Analytical and structured thinking skills as well as a high degree of sense of responsibility characterize you; SAP knowledge in IS-U or S4U are advantageous.
