Testing of land and planning requirements Professional leadership of project development and basic testing of total overtaking projects and real estate products compiling, managing and controlling integral planning teams (internal and external) in the performance phases 1-4 Bringing building inputs into close interdisciplinary cooperation with all project participants Construction and maintenance of cross-departmental relationship management to the group services of the Rhomberg Bau Group (product management, integral planning)

Successfully completed studies in the field of real estate, architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the organization, management and control of planning processes in civil engineering – ideally in housing and office construction Very good market knowledge in southern Germany, in particular Bavaria and/or Baden-Württemberg Funded knowledge in planning and construction law (including BauGB, BauNVO, LBO, Model Wood Construction Directive) Safe handling of CAD programs (e.g. Revit, Rhino) as well as very good MS Office skills
