We are looking for a production master (m/w/d) for our site in Dannenberg within ContiTech Antriebssysteme GmbH. In this function, you can expect the following tasks: Production Responsibility for CSB (Result, performance, delivery reliability and quality) Initiation of discrepancies Fine planning of the production program for the group Personalmanagement und -entwicklung (disciplinar & technical leadership as well as main contact partner for the employees (m/w/divers)) Compliance with the top-down targets and monitoring of group targets Implementation of work instructions in the field of managing various statistics Responsible for the quality of products, processes and final control Responsible for the implementation of deviations from audits (internal/customer) Responsibility for compliance with work and environmental regulations Maintenance Plans and TPM continuous improvement of systems and processes Compliance with standards

Completed vocational training, as far as possible in a technical profession Complete master training Multiannual professional experience in the industrial environment desirable Experience in guiding groups/teams Good production knowledge, as far as possible in the plastics and rubber sectors Cooperation in projects Safe handling of MS Office programs and ERP systems German language skills in word and writing The applications of disabled people are welcome.
