Head of Breakfast Service (m/f/d)

Designing a special breakfast experience – with warm service you ensure that our guests enjoy a great start to the day. Responsibility for a smooth process – you ensure that everything is running around in the restaurant and that our high quality and hygiene standards are complied with at all times. Coordination and communication – You work closely with the breakfast kitchen to ensure a harmonious interaction. Leadership and motivation – you accompany, promote and inspire our trainees and employees with professional guidance and personal commitment. Presentation and optimization – you take care of the attractive design, care and continuous development of our buffet breakfast.
