Working hours

• 30 hours a week
• Early shift: 06:00 to 12:30
• Late shift: 14:00 to 20:00
• Classification from Monday to Saturday by schedule

Your duties

• Early detection of defects and damage in the context of regular inspection roundabouts
• Implementation of small repair work and beauty repairs
• Working up work orders in the CAFM system
• Intensive cooperation with the management of the Haustechnik team

Your profile

• Complete technical or craft training
• First professional experience as a housekeeper / housekeeper (m/w/d) of advantage
• Handicraft skill
• Knowledge of technical equipment
• Very good German knowledge required
• Class B licence of advantage
