As IT Service Owner:in you shape the future of our database and SAP base services. You take the strategic responsibility for a defined service portfolio, agree with the stakeholders SLAs, develop roadmaps and integrierst innovations together with the respective technical expert: both inside and always in line with our IT strategy. This means that our offer will still fit the requirements of the business tomorrow. You control our internal quality as well as our database and SAP-based providers. In doing so, you define and monitor KPIs and SLAs, coordinate changes and releases and ensure smooth cooperation, both internally and with service providers – and, if necessary, across country boundaries. In case of problems, you go proactively into escalation and find solutions, always with a view to performance and efficiency. You also act as a central interface for our IT services around databases and SAP-based. You bring internal and external stakeholders: together, represent IT topics in strategic bodies and ensure that all perspectives are included in the further development of our platforms. Coordination of changes and support for projects around our IT infrastructure is also part of your tasks. Prioritize requirements, control releases and ensure that timetables and quality standards are complied with. Together with project teams, you will ensure that IT solutions meet the business requirements. You're looking at the numbers and driving improvements forward. Analyze the performance of your services, create reports on KPIs and risks, and derive optimization potential. With proactive measures, you will ensure stable platforms and efficient processes.

You have completed your studies in the field of (economic) informatics or a comparable subject. Experience in IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL), in the management of service providers:in and in dealing with managed service and large cloud providers, you can demonstrate relevant experiences. Know-how in project and change management, ideally also with agile methods, are of course for you. You like to go to the ground and have a good sense of optimization potential. Communication strength, team capacity, a sovereign appearance, even in escalations, an independent and structured way of working and flexibility as well as that you always keep an overview in dynamic times, characterize your personality.
