Discipline leadership as well as professional and personal development of 6 teams in the fields of business gasonomy, fleet and office services Creation of an operating concept (incl. space use, workflows, IT systems, personnel planning) and further development of the organizational processes for the respective teams with a focus on business gasonomy Development of requirements for investment decisions including their presentation Planning, analysis, assessment and optimization of economically efficient workflows and procurement management according to operating concept Initiation, management and implementation of projects incl. Budget responsibility for the assigned teams Representation of the department inward, i.e. communication and information to shareholders, executives and employees

We wish Successfully completed studies preferably in the area of BWL with focus on gastronomy or comparable qualification Education as a chef (w/m/d), training for the chef or equivalent training Experience in leading function in large-scale / business hospitality or a comparable function in the hotel and restaurant industry Outstanding leadership competence Self-employed working, enforcement and excellent communication skills across all levels Knowledge in the relevant 'Best in Class'' processes, project management and process optimization High problem solving competence and good analytical skills Openness, willingness to design and ability, strong customer orientation and negotiation skills
