That makes this job interesting for me: In this position, I build a strategic data, documentation and information management across the sea, continuously develop it and accompany our technical systems over their entire life cycle. My work creates the basis for intelligent information use, automation and AI-based assistance systems in offshore operation. I thus ensure that knowledge can be networked and used in the team, data is available in top quality and all regulatory requirements are met. I work closely with different disciplines, systematically build knowledge and get to know our systems and processes step by step. This is the way I get into a role in which I completely shape the information world of offshore operation and ensure long-term and efficient operation. My tasks: I am an impulse generatorin: I design and integrate modern methods, tools and systems (e.g. CMMS, BIM, DMS, information platforms, metadata) that enable the efficient handling of information, targeted provision of data and structured documentation for the entire offshore operation. Creating clarity and structure: I standardize and harmonize documentation content, processes and information structures – ensuring that all regulatory, technical and operational requirements and standards are always met. I take responsibility: I accompany the system landscape of data and document management from the requirement definition to operational operation and act as a process userin. Not only do I ensure the highest quality, but I also use it for continuous improvement and innovative further development. Networking people and knowledge: I promote the structured exchange of knowledge between the teams in the North and Baltic Sea, the interfaces to ongoing projects and onshore operations. My work helps to make the knowledge optimally usable within the entire 50Hertz world and create synergies.

completed studies in engineering, information management, technical documentation, economic engineering or comparable qualification, Multiannual professional experience in a technical context, ideally in the energy industry, offshore industry or large industrial plants, Very good knowledge of data and document management (DMS/ECM systems, classification systems, terminologies, ontology), experience in building standards, processes and information architectures, understanding of technical documentation, regulatory detection and lifecycle management of technical assets; Identified analytical capacity, structured functioning and ability to understand complex relationships, the joy of cross-departmental cooperation and sovereign stakeholder management; health suitability for offshore use, Very good German and good English skills, (C1), Driving license car.
