Working up and engine repair of engine components such as crankshafts, crankcases, turbochargers, connecting rods and cylinder heads Work in the field of replacement engines and engine remanufacturing by manual and automated methods Operation and monitoring of modern test benches for injection pumps, exhaust gas turbochargers, oil pumps, injection valves, compressors, starters and generators Application of test, measurement and diagnostic methods including documentation and quality control Conservation and storage of engine components and components Maintenance, inspection and maintenance of machinery and equipment

Completed technical training, e.g. as a motor vehicle mechatronic, motor vehicle mechanic, industrial mechanic, metal manufacturer, machining mechanic or agricultural machine mechanic (m/w/d) Professional experience in the fields of automotive, metalworking, production, engine repair or machining knowledge of diesel engines, engine technology or replacement engines desirable Technical understanding and cost- and quality-conscious operation Teamability, flexibility and readiness for shiftwork
