You are responsible for the technical support of documents management applications You support HYDMedia ECM projects and support documentation (Knowledge Base) You conduct root-cause analyses and software updates on customer systems You are in close cooperation with SW development, product management and project management You communicate with contact persons of our customers at eye level

A completed training in the field of IT, technical informatics or a comparable study of computer science Excellent analytical skills as well as a structured and targeted way of working in the team Basic knowledge in the ECM/DMS environment and in business processes and process chains (eEPK) Exercise in handling databases Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL Embossed communication strength and service orientation we require Very good knowledge of German and good English, both oral and written
