Quality and Customer Feedback Clerk (m/f/d)

You assume operational responsibility in the customer experience business unit for CVP, quality and customer feedback as well as complaint management and implement the strategic corporate goals in the field of CVP. You perform tasks according to the defined procedures for complaint and quality management, work with their further development and monitor optimization processes based on measurable criteria (e.g. OKR, targets). You analyze internal and external sources of information, promote customer feedback and organize CVP circles within the customer experience business unit. You develop area-related measures based on the knowledge gained from the customer feedback and work for example on the optimization of digital (customer) interfaces (app, voice computing, website, chatbot etc.). You play a responsible role in coordination and further development processes, work closely with the central CS/quality control as well as relevant interfaces and work in company-wide projects.

You ideally have a completed bachelor's degree in the field of business administration or a comparable qualification in a field relevant to the advertised job. Other educational paths or well-founded professional experiences with a similar orientation can also be suitable to meet the requirements of this position. You have good knowledge of quality processes and have good ability to interpret data and to use quality tools. You have experience in audit methods, documentation and reporting You have very good knowledge of the design and implementation of training, presentation techniques. Methodology competence and your analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working are the key features. You possess communication strength and pronounced coordination capabilities. Technical understanding of systems and digital processes complete your profile.
