Your tasks

Business Partnering Group Operations in Operation Controlling You work closely with our colleagues in Group Operations. Through your analyses, impulses and critical perspectives, you accompany the teams in achieving their operational and strategic goals and actively contribute to the further development of our controlling excellence.

Projects and Processes You analyze and optimize existing processes, develop methods and KPIs and support the implementation of new standards. As an experienced SAP user (MM/CO), you actively contribute your expertise and actively support the upcoming transition to SAP S/4 HANA.

Planning and control As part of the team, you can expect transparency about stocks, production/logistics and process costs. To do this, you take part processes in the budget, forecast, and year-end estimate cycle, analyze deviations, check data for plausibility and execute the appropriate countermeasures – always in direct exchange with your business partners & stakeholders.

Analysis & Reporting You prepare data in a comprehensible and address-oriented manner, comment on relationships and start presentations for management. At the same time, you develop our reporting landscape and data quality and actively contribute to the further development of operations performance.

Experience Multiannual experience in operational controlling, ideally in the supply chain or logistics environment and/or production. Secure handling of SAP (CO/MM) as well as very good Excel and Power BI skills. Experience in operational business design and project management is a plus.

Know-how You bring strong analytical skills, understand complex relationships quickly and prepare content clearly, precisely and target group-oriented.

Education A completed business studies or a comparable multiannual experience in controlling a medium-sized company.
