We are looking for a Senior Project Developer (m/w/d) for our Ready-to-Build & Turnkey projects at the next possible time.
Your tasks
Core task: You independently determine the sales price of existing onshore wind energy projects based on sound economic analysis and project evaluations – from the BImSchG application to Ready-to-Build (RtB). You digitally prepare wind energy projects for marketing using the Caeli platform and ensure that all documents are auditable and prepared for potential buyers. You are responsible for the technical support of the projects on the platform and are the contact person:in technical and regulatory issues. You take on building, maintaining and controlling data space management as the basis for the transaction process. You act as an interface between project owners, buyers, technical consultants, lawyers and other stakeholders and ensure a structured transaction process. You accompany contract negotiations professionally and support the transaction until successful completion (closing). You analyze existing business processes, identify potential improvements and develop scalable process solutions.
Must-have:
Completed study with technical, economic, geographical or planning emphasis or comparable qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in the project development of onshore wind energy projects in Germany, ideally with experience until commissioning Funded knowledge in project financing and cost-effectiveness testing of wind energy projects Knowledge of the end-to-end development of onshore wind projects: land protection, BImSchG approval, grid connection, construction preparation up to turnkey handover Knowledge of GIS tools Structured, result-oriented and cooperative work readiness for occasional missions, among others to visit wind sites Nice-to-have: Experience in the fields of M&A, transactions or project marketing – you can develop this knowledge with us in a targeted manner Experience with due diligence, data space management and the preparation of sales-relevant documents
